Supply Partner Client with your name, address, phone number(s), and products/quantities ordered.

Children’s Online Privacy
Bowlology recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of children online. The Bowlology Online Services (Loyalty Benefits) are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) from children in a manner that is not permitted by COPPA.
If you become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information as defined by COPPA through the Bowlology Online Services (Loyalty Benefits), we ask that you e-mail us at email@example.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information as defined by COPPA, we will delete the child’s information from our records to the extent required by COPPA.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the client and our company. Your accessing of this website indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
Errors and Inaccuracies
The Bowlology Online Services and website may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to product descriptions, nutritional information, pricing, promotions, offers, availability and other information. If any information in the Bowlology Online Services or website is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, we reserve the right to correct, change or update such information or to cancel orders related to such information (including after you have submitted an order) without prior notice and issue a refund for amounts paid. If any product that you purchase is not satisfactory to you, your sole remedy is to return it (unused) for a refund.
